We want you to be happy with your purchase from Nestor. If something isn't right, here is how returns and refunds work.
Return window You may request a return within 30 days of the delivery date. To be eligible, the item must be unused, in the same condition you received it, and in its original packaging.
How to start a return Email us at lifestyleuk651@gmail.com with your order number and the reason for the return. Please do not send items back before we confirm. We will reply with return instructions, because returns are not sent to the address shown on your package.
Return shipping If the return is because you changed your mind or the item did not suit your space, you are responsible for the return shipping cost. If your order arrived damaged, defective or incorrect, we will cover the cost of the return or replacement.
Damaged, defective or incorrect items Please contact us within 14 days of delivery and include your order number and clear photos of the item and packaging. We will offer a replacement or a refund, whichever you prefer, subject to availability.
Refunds After we receive and inspect your return, we will email you to confirm the outcome. Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method. Your bank or card issuer may take additional time to post the credit. Original shipping charges, if any were paid, are refunded only when the return is due to our error.
Cancellations You can ask us to cancel an order by emailing us as soon as possible. We can cancel only if the order has not yet been shipped.
Non-returnable items We cannot accept returns on items that have been used, washed, cut or damaged after delivery.

SHIPPING POLICY

Free shipping We offer free standard shipping on all orders delivered to addresses in the United States, with no minimum order amount. Orders shipped to other supported countries are also free of shipping charges. Import duties, taxes and customs fees, where they apply, are the customer's responsibility and are not included in the order total.
Order processing Your order is processed after your payment is confirmed. You will receive an order confirmation by email, and a second email with tracking information once your order has shipped.
Delivery times Delivery times vary depending on the carrier, your location and product availability. Any delivery estimate is an estimate only and is not guaranteed. Orders with more than one item may arrive in separate packages.
Delayed or missing orders If your tracking has not updated for several days, or your order seems delayed, please email us at lifestyleuk651@gmail.com with your order number and we will look into it.
Shipping address Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. We are not responsible for orders delivered to an incorrect address that was entered by the customer. If you notice a mistake, contact us right away and we will try to update it before the order ships.

Products and pricing We make every effort to describe and display our products accurately. Colors may look slightly different on your screen, and sizes are approximate. Prices are in US dollars and may change without notice. If a product is listed with an incorrect price or description, we may correct it or cancel the order and refund you in full.
Orders and payment Placing an order is an offer to buy. We may accept or decline any order, for example because of stock availability, suspected fraud or pricing errors. Payment is processed securely through Shopify and our payment providers. We do not store your full card details.

Use of the site You agree not to misuse the site, attempt unauthorized access, interfere with its operation, or use it for any unlawful purpose.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Nestor is not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from your use of the site or products. Nothing in these terms limits any rights you have under applicable consumer protection laws.
